November 14th-20th
- Days End Farm Horse Rescue Virtual Program - This program was designed exclusively for distanced learning and youth who LOVE horses. Their fun, online classroom will allow students the opportunity to learn about equines through a workbook full of DIY projects, activities and fun, interesting equine topics.
- First Sunday Hike at Piney Run Park - Visit the park at your leisure for a hike through Pine Valley Park located in the heart of Manchester, Maryland. All ages and abilities are welcome.
- Trash Tuesday Community Clean-Up - Each week they will be picking a different area around Westminster to clean up! Let's beautify our town. Water, trash bags, latex gloves, and snacks will be provided free!
- Bird Brains Program at Bear Branch Nature Center - Learn all about birds with the help of our captive raptors! We’ll figure out which birds you can find in your backyard and look at the adaptations different birds have in order to survive in a variety of niches. We’ll wrap up by making a bird feeder or bath made from upcycled materials for you to take home!
- Open Play with VIP Reservations at Players Fun Zone - Players Fun Zone limited the number of VIP reservations for each time period. Your VIP reservation is for a two hour period. Call 410-857-8383 to make your reservation.
- Bowling at Stratosphere Social - With their 8 lanes of high tech ten-pin bowling, you and your friends are sure to have a blast! Their lane fees are hourly, so if you are a fast player or have a small party you can get in a lot of bowling action.
- Play Tennis at Deer Park - Take the family to enjoy a game of tennis, basketball, or soccer at Deer Park! There is also a nice paved path around the park for a walk/bike/or scooter ride!
- Hike around Hashawha - Take the family on a scenic hike on the trails of Hashawha! Stop by and play on the playground by the Bear Branch Nature Center!
- Visit the Carroll County Farm Museum - Carroll County Farm Museum welcomes you to visit our site to see their exhibits, animals, and artisans. The Farm Museum is committed to educating through the promotion and preservation of our rural heritage.
- Bike Ride at Cape Horn Park - Get some exercise on the paved path at Cape Horn Park!
