Let us help calm your yogi and prepare for a new week with a 30 minute FREE virtual bedtime yoga session every Sunday!
We'll spend 20 minutes practicing gentle yoga poses to yoga lullabies and other soft music, work on deep breathing for relaxation with practices like our class favorite - Hot Cocoa Breath! - and then finish class with a short guided relaxation to get ready for bed.
Recommended for ages 4+ but all are welcome! Our younger yogis do quite well with parent participation.
