Date Change: MacKid's "Spooktacular Trick or Treat" at Gaver Farm

Join Macaroni Kid at Gaver Farm for our 4th annual “Spooktacular Trick or Treat,” presented by Mt. Airy Children's Dental Associates. There will be vendors offering goodies to all the trick or treaters and we'll have a Costume Contest with an unbeatable grand prize! This is all in addition to the great fun offered at Gaver Farm everyday during their Fall Festival:

  • Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Macaroni Kid's Spooktacular Trick or Treat at Gaver Farm! We anticipate drawing a huge crowd of local families, and trust that this day of family fun will be great for them and for our vendors! The event will be October 30th from 10am-2pm (setup is from 8:30am-9:30am).

    Please note, due to the nature of the event, food sales are not permitted at the Spooktacular Trick or Treat.

    Vendor fee is $75 if you register before 10/1/21. After that date, the fee increases to $100.

    Some things you need to know:

    • Each vendor is responsible for bringing candy, treats, or non-edible goodies to hand out to trick or treaters, and we expect a LOT of them. This is why the vendor fee is less than normal!
    • You are encouraged to decorate your vendor area, dress in costume, and be festive! We'll be asking the families to vote for their favorite vendor booth, and that vendor will be awarded with a FREE TWO MONTH ADVERTISING CONTRACT with Macaroni Kid Frederick, Mt. Airy-Damascus-Urbana, Westminster-Carroll, and Germantown-Clarksburg!
    • Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own table, chair, and canopy as desired. Setup is from 8:30am-9:30am. Event runs from 10am-2pm.
    • Please note that you will NOT be able to drive to the vendor area to unload.
    • We can only accept one rep per direct sales company - first to register and submit payment.
    • Vendors are not permitted to sell food at this event.
    • No refunds will be issued.

    Each vendor will be required to have a wristband to enter Gaver Farm. Two wristbands will be provided with your registration, extras must be purchased.
