November 23rd-29th

  1. The Field Market Holiday Tradition - At Old Westminster Winery, enjoy wood-fired Pizza by Eat Pizza Together, The Can Stand featuring their line of canned wines, sip on seasonal favorites like hard hot cocoa and their mulled wine as well as seasonal wines. Walk the market, gather handcrafted goods from local producers, and enjoy a taste of Maryland through food and drink while listening to live music.
  1. National Espresso Day - It is National Espresso Day on Monday the 23rd. Grab a cup of the strong stuff at Birdie’s Cafe and tell them we sent you!
  1. Tuesday Mindfulness Meditation Group - Attend from the safety of your home! No registration required!
  1. Celebrate Cake Day - National Cake Day is on November 26th! Head to Starry Night Bakery for a delicious treat to celebrate!
  2. MAKE Break at Michaels - Need a break after a busy week? Join the staff at Michaels for creative family fun!
  1. Public Skate at Reisterstown Sportsplex - Enjoy this Winter activity with your family during their open skate hours this week!
  1. Free Virtual Bedtime Yoga for Kids - Let us help calm your yogi and prepare for a new week with a 30 minute FREE virtual bedtime yoga session every Sunday!
  1. Go For a Ride Day - On November 22, take out your car, bike, segway, unicycle, kayak, horse or your tractor for a spin because it is Go For A Ride Day. Head to the Wakefield Valley Trail, The Westminster Municipal Pond, or even your own neighborhood sidewalks to celebrate this day! Can’t do it on the 22nd? Do it another day this week!
  1. Days End Farm Horse Rescue Virtual Program - This program was designed exclusively for distanced learning and youth who LOVE horses. Their fun, online classroom will allow students the opportunity to learn about equines through a workbook full of DIY projects, activities and fun, interesting equine topics.
  1. First Sunday Hike at Piney Run Park - Visit the park at your leisure for a hike through Pine Valley Park located in the heart of Manchester, Maryland. All ages and abilities are welcome.
