Do you like yoga?  I do! Do you think your children would enjoy it?  I wouldn’t have thought so until recently when I received the Storyland Yoga DVD by Playful Planet.
 This DVD was amazing!  It was fun for the whole family and completely engaging, even for my youngest child.
Throughout the dvd, Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor, Ahmed Fahmy, told fun stories that kept the kids so involved that they hardly realized that they were stretching, moving and exercising. The two unique stories, “Save the Whale” and “Condor Trek”, are interactive and will completely engage your child’s imagination.  They will become part of the story by imitating animals and movements. In addition to encouraging your child to be active, this program also incorporates a “green minded” message. The children are encouraged with eco-friendly ideas throughout each lesson.
The DVD package is made with 100% recycled materials and a portion of the proceeds are donated to the "Save the Whales" and "Kids vs. Global Warming" Foundations.
